Hello everybody,
The 2010 year was bad for me - injury, no workouts during months, private problems…so the 2011 must be a great one. With only successes and good resolutions.
I started my diet the 10th January 2011, based on 2850 calories diet, less then 200 carbs, high protein one.

Well well, planning the new diet, less good things, hate words as “broccolis” or “chicken breast”. Unfortunately, all things tasting great aren’t really helpful for the fat loss, so…still only diet coke as only sweet thing during carb depletion days.
