DAY 71 REST || DAY 24 CUTTING CYCLE

by admin on juil.26, 2009, under Mood, Results

So, as you can see here, I have a lot of job to do before the competition. I mean, need to gain lean mass and remove fat, the colour and hair remove are easier to perform.

So now each two weeks I post pictures to show progress. Keep going…honestly, seeing that picture demoralizes too much, I hate being in that condition. So, let pump some iron.

Richmond-Petersburg, VA (1888PressRelease) June 25, 2009 -

VABION LLC (VABION) announced today that ThinkFastMoveFaster.com, the “Facebook®” community for athletes, will be featuring Deniss Tchoumatchenko, an international bodybuilding athlete. Thirty-two year old Tchoumatchenko has been competing for only 5 years, yet has placed increasingly higher in international competitions. In 2007, Tchoumatchenko won the Half Final France IFBB in the under 100 kilos category. He is the first bodybuilder to be a featured athlete on www.thinkfastmovefaster.com.

The ThinkFastMoveFaster.com homepage displays Deniss Tchoumatchenko before a bodybuilding competition, and the hard work that went into his athletic weight training is obviously by his muscle tone and size. The weight training plan and results Deniss shares on his fitness blog demonstrate that Tchomatchenko is an athlete intent on accomplishing his goals: to be the IFBB Heavyweight Champion. Adding 88 pounds to his leg press for a total of 1102 pounds is, to say the least, impressive, but it wasn’t long ago that Tchomatchenko considered himself “tiny and small.” Determination and discipline are the hallmarks of this gifted athlete.

A software engineer born in Russia, Tchoumatchenko faces a host of challenges in pursuing his dream. The stereotypes prevalent in this European country are his first obstacle. “Bodybuilders are considered in France to be big, stupid, violent guys with an oyster brain,” says Tchoumatchenko, half-joking. “It’s really hard to find a good gym and sponsors.” But that has not deterred Tchoumatchenko from taking the initiative and enlisting the support of American companies, such as VABION LLC, Nordic Naturals, and Sambazon.

VABION’s community website for amateur athletes in all sports, www.ThinkFastMoveFaster.com, selects featured athletes based on their commitment to fitness, their sport, and positive character qualities. “Deniss Tchoumatchenko is a courageous athlete who, like Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, proved that anything is possible,” said Dr. Susan Hardwicke, VABION’s chief executive. “We can all learn from a man who meets obstacles head on and finds a way to pursue his goals.”
Tchoumatchenko, a native of Russia who currently trains and resides in France entered his first competition in 2004 and placed 5th in his category

When asked to share training tips, Tchoumatchenko advises athletes: “Push up the limits, go till the end, really be hard with yourself; those are my tips for progress, to become better. Too many people don’t follow this and are unsatisfied by poor results.” More information and photos are available on www.thinkfastmovefaster.com and at www.deniss.org.

DAY 17 REST // Day 3 1-T Tren Cycle

by admin on mai.27, 2009, under Results, Workouts

Today’s first day I’m resting and using T-1 Tren. It’s a little hard, I’m nervous, aggressive and irritable, feeling have too much energy to spend. Hopefully, my colleagues at work are cool, and I’m used to contain the irritability and aggressiveness, so it’s ok, but it’s for me one of the signs 1-T Tren works. I also feel the heat - overstimulated metabolism (good for cutting cycle) and more power. Great, I accumulate all today’s energy for tomorrow’s workout.

DAY 14 REST

by admin on mai.23, 2009, under Results, Workouts

I’m really excited about tomorrow’s feeling. First day of 1-T Tren cycle.

Today’s scale score was…239 pounds, 3 more than last week. Speed slow down, need to improve performances, tomorrow will be a hard training day, light weight, baby.

I’m doing a little “off diet” day. Beer, cakes, pizza…sometimes it’s really good, especially for the mood.
