Day 9 - workout

- Chin ups - 20, with bodyweight
- pull downs - 12/10/8/6, working with 187 pounds
- two arm dumbbell rows - 10/8/6, with 75*2 pounds
- close - grip pull downs - 12/10/8/6, with 154 pounds
- low pulley rows - 10/8/6, with 198 pounds
- shrugs - 12/12/12, with 145 pounds
- hyper extensions - 15/15/15, with bodyweight

**Abs**

- leg raises - 20/20/20, bodyweight
- cable crunches - 20/20/20, 165 pounds

Same thing as yesterday, added 10 pounds or more on each exercise. The body responds really great, hope not to injury myself, especially knowing the goal for the end of the year.

Day 8 workout

After 2 days off and 4 lbs gain I continue the quest to the perfect body. So far far from today’s condition.

So, what about those workouts over the diet? First cycle started, just performed the following today:

**Chest**

- push ups - 20
- dumbbell bench press - 12/10/8/6, working with 110 pounds
- weighted dips - 10/8/6, 50 pounds lest
- incline dumbbell presses - 12/10/8/6, 100 pounds
- incline dumbbell flyes - 10/8/6, 90 pounds

**Shoulders**
***********
- seated dumbbell presses - 12/10/8/6, 100 pounds
- lateral raises dumbbell - 10/8/6, 70 pounds
- rear lateral raises cables - 10/8/6, 90 pounds

I added 10 pounds to all weights compare to last week, and can do even more, have some extra energy, great feeling. I think the next cycle in one week, only hard weights and basic exercises, will be really nice.

15th may

After one week, 4 with workouts and 3 days of rest the scale was the the only way to show me the progression. Nervous, shaking, I walk up and seen…the magic number, 236 pounds. It means I gain 4 pounds in one week, and the hard part of workouts isn’t started yet…

I’m happy, the weekend is great (even if the weather is really bad), I’ll go in couple of hours do some Brazilian jiu-jitsu with friends, it will be hard for them, being on the ground with me and my weight.

But I stay hungry, want much more, about 21 pounds at least until the cutting cycle start, means the end of June. So, stay focused and keep the hard work going. And in few days I’ll start my cycle, the hard one, it will be fantastic
