DAY 47 LEGS AND CALVES

My last powerlifting’s way workout. The hard one. Really hard one. Drive after it was really big deal.

- bodyweight squats - 25.
- leg presses - 10//8//6//4//3 - with 1168 pounds, 66 pounds more.
- plate loaded squat press - 10//8//6//4 - with 1036 pounds, 22 pounds more.
- squats - 10//8//6//4//3 - with 485 pounds, 22 pounds more.

- standing one leg calf raises - 10//10//10 - with 67 pounds, 5 pounds more.
- seated calf raises - 10//10//10 - with 705 pounds, 44 pounds more.

Tomorrow is the first diet day. Today’s workout was really hard and tough and tomorrow I take a rest day, with diet start. Keep you in touch.
