So, again the legs day, hard, heavy, and beautiful at the same time. Still focused, want to grow, get bigger, need to be really huge and heavy for october.

- leg presses - 10//8//6//4//3 - with 970 pounds, 41 pounds more.
- plate loaded squat press - 10//8//6//4 - with 882 pounds, 41 pounds more.
- squats - 10//8//6//4//3 - with 419 pounds, 23 pounds more.

- standing one leg calf raises - 10//10//10 - with 53 pounds, 9 pounds more.
- seated calf raises - 10//10//10 - with 463 pounds, 67 pounds more.

Always good feelings, and the progression still constant, only good things.
